Pricing

Prices of commissions are twice the area of the canvas in inches squared converted into a currency amount.

Payments to be made in two installments (two halves of the full price):

Once both parties have agreed to the terms of service and details of the project, the buyer must pay a non-refundable deposit of half of the commission price.

The remainder of the cost (second half of the commission) will be paid upon customer satisfaction, but before the art piece is shipped.

Details of Commission

Contract

Once the details of the commission are agreed upon by both parties, we will send you a contract with the details of the project. We will begin the project once the form is signed, returned, and the first payment (see pricing) deposit is received.
Adjustments to the Commission

If the client decides to make any changes to the canvas size, which affects the first payment (see pricing) after the contract is signed, we do ask that this new price be paid in order for the project to resume. This is to make up for time and cost of materials that have been exhausted thus far. The second payment will reflect the new size of the canvas.

If the client decides to make any other changes to the project after the contract is signed, the first payment will have to be resubmitted. Again, this is to make up for the cost of time and materials that have been used thus far.
Cancellation Policy

If the client decides to cancel a project after the contract has been signed; once a project is started, but before it is completed and only the first payment (see pricing) has been made, there will be no refunds on the first payment.

If the client decides to cancel the project once it has been completed, fully paid for, but not yet shipped; we do only offer a refund of the second payment.

We do not offer refunds on works that have been completed, fully paid for, and shipped to their new home.
​
If the artist decides to cancel the project after the contract has been signed, we offer a full refund of the payments made up to that point.

When making a payment please include your first and last name, and what the payment is being made for (i.e. base price, hourly rate, or shipping fee).
Terms of Service

The project will be completed in the style of the artist, but, as there are variations in the creative process the client accepts the artwork will be unique and therefore subject to reasonable variation.

The artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by the client that are created by the artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No work may be reproduced by the client without the prior written approval of the artist.
Before the artist begins the commission, a contract must be signed, agreeing to the terms of the project as well as a the first payment deposit (see pricing) being made.
Before the art piece is shipped, the remainder of the cost or second payment (see pricing) must be paid upon customer satisfaction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
